Intensive Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment

Requires client participation in at least nine hours per week of direct, face-to-face group therapy for 12 to 16 weeks. The group meets three times a week for three hours.

Standard Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment

Requires client participation in at least 6 hours per week of direct, face-to-face group therapy for 8 to 12 weeks. The group meets two times a week for three hours.

Recovery Maintenance

Requires client participation in a minimum of 3 hours per week of direct, face-to-face group therapy for a minimum of 4 to 6 months or as determined by the treatment team. The group meets one time per week for 3 hours.

Residential Treatment

Residential treatment is part of the primary rehabilitation phase and may be preceded by detoxification if warranted. Residential treatment should be followed by less intensive treatment and aftercare services within a continuum of care.

Substance Abuse Education Program

This program is designed to intervene in substance use by raising awareness of the effect that alcohol or drug use has on someone’s life and other people's lives.
